cross channel hot air balloon crossing Thurs AM 7th April 2011 - CRACKED IT!!!!

This years hot air balloon crossing over the English channel was completed this morning on Thursday 7th April 2011 they lifted off from lydden hill race circuit at around 7am Thurs 7th April 2011. here are some news/pics/vids

A paraglider has attempted to break the British altitude record by flying to a height of 10,000ft in a hot air balloon.
this web address is about a balloonist who jumped out of a balloon at 10,000ft and para-glided back down to earth in a world record attempt!!

 This is the world record that 51 hot air balloonists set during Thurs 7th April 2011 in the morning launch from lydden hill race circuit in Kent at around 7am and to fly all way to France (Calais). they arrived yesterday evening after setting off from all over the place and descending on the lydden hill race circuit ready for a dawn morning launch.
