I'm Chris I am a ballooning mad freak who loves balloons and ballooning around is what I want to do I have flown twice since Bristol fiesta 2010 and loved it. I have been around ballooning since I was little but never actually got involved until last year. I am just very inquisitive and very keen to learn as want to know more. my motto is if you don't ask you don't get so just ask.

Hello and Welcome to Northampton Balloon fiesta that took part during the 2nd half of august 2012, and what a few amazing days we had was great fun, there was a fantastic pilot called Jamie Edwards who is great at training people for flying with to whom i highly recommend to as he is a superb pilot.
anyway here are the videos of the weekends flying ant-ix and i even appeared on one of Matt rowleys GO-PRO cameras and to sum up ballooning there in Northampton was very interesting and aw sum weekend.
The Queen's Diamond jubilee celebration weekend of ballooning events
Monday 4th june 2012
with it being the Queen's Diamond, celebration's happened everywhere all over the uk. including events that was happening ans dome events included hot air balloon events to take place especially on monday eve and monday night, the first being monday eve up on bristol's durdham downs flyout and a bonfire beacon was set alight, then we had a night glow over in bath, batheaston that very same night.
I also found a night glow video that happened in kdderminster.

hope everyone has enjoyed the queen's dimoned jubilee celebrations and enbjoyed whatever they did, was an awsum experience to watch the queen over the weekend enjoyin her celebration's and was awsum to go and see actual live events i.e being ballooning on the bristol durdham downs and attending a late night balloon glow up on solsbury hill in batheaston, bath. everything was just great.
then watching a flypast the next day of differnet types of aircraft including the red arrows.
welcome to the TRIM balloon fiesta in Ireland APRIL 2012

Hi all hope you all had a fantastic time at the event from what i've seen and heard was a spectaular night glow that was the best but as luck would have it the weather was typical being the Irish weather put a dampner on most of the flying but i did see/hear of kites being flown so not all doom & gloom.
all balloons could do was tether but still none the less some very old shapes did come out and put on a show. thou i did hear some people complaining about the prices for the event and admission and stuff inside the event but thas what a fiesta is about if it didnt it may have not have happened. still none the less the fiesta went on despite poor weather and put on a show. enough of me blabbing on here are vids of the weekend. hope you lot all enjoy. best highlight i got to say-night glow :) enjoy
this video had a bit of a party rock anthem to it to set things going for balloonists and crowd, this a video reminded me of other night glows ive been to and seen...bibf and nbf 2011
this video has another set of lovely irish songs to it, good video to watch showing pilots burnig balloons and baskets in time to music with each glow.
this video is a full length of the whole night glow with all the music and glowing to be had. a superb fantastic night glow was my highlight of the event.
with a fantastic night glow at trim balloon fiesta in Ireland a massive well done to the pilots involved. for people who dont know much about a night glow here it is, pilots have hot air balloons who glow their balloons in time to music well thats the plan some do miss out on just a bit but they do their best to not mess up and then just get on with it and glow in time wiv everyone else also they have a speaker who tells them when to burn and when not to burn. a night glow also happens at night time to make their balloons stand out more so that the crowd watching will know in future to say oh i remember that ballooon it glowed ever so well. they dont take off at night unless you have special permission to do so under a ruling but as a ruling no balloons take off at night due to obstructions so they stay tethered to the ground and put on a massive light show for the crowd watching this spetacular event.

trims cadbury creme egg turned up to this event to put on a bit of a show!! come on it was an easter weekend after all so the creme egg balloon had to pop up somewhere in a balloon event and where did it pop up to none other than trim balloon fiesta in ireland, sadly was tad too windy for flying as you can see it being buffeted around by the wind.
